About the School
School of Business and Management
The School of Business and Management disseminates management education through Undergraduate, Graduate, and Doctoral programs under different management streams. The school commenced its journey in the year 1990 with the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. Through a curriculum focused on real-world practice and a pedagogy that integrates rigorous academic theory with rich case and experience-based challenges, students build management, communication, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills, setting the foundation for making difficult decisions and assuming leadership in an uncertain global environment.
All courses at the school are designed to propel students' lifelong learning and career support alongside peers, faculty, and staff who will both challenge and cheer students on as they find and accelerate their path. The school offers excellent education, opportunities to engage with industry, facilities, and access to an ever-growing alumni network. The school helps graduates become well-rounded, confident, and skilled professionals – making a positive impact in their workplace and communities.
The Post Graduate Department of Business Administration was established in the year 2004 as a home to the popular Master in Business Administration (MBA) course. Besides the BBA and MBA programs, the school has research programs at the Doctoral (PhD) level and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDBM) program. Students graduate from the school not only with increased knowledge but, more importantly, with grounding and practice in how to make difficult decisions and what it means to assume leadership in a global environment.
