Instructions for UG Applicants:
  • Applications must be submitted online via the official website www.staloysius.edu.in or directly at ugadmissions.staloysius.edu.in .
  • Please use a PC/Laptop to fill out the application, as documents uploaded via mobile phones may appear too small or unclear, making verification difficult and leading to delays.
  • Register by entering the basic details and paying ₹500/- registration fee through digital payment.
  • Use the credentials created during registration to log in and complete the application form.
  1. Pre Submission of online application:
    1. Registration:

      • Kindly keep the photocopies following documents ready before you proceed with the online application:
        1. A recent formal passport-size photograph.
          • Please ensure the photograph is not a selfie.
        2. Copies of the following mark sheets:
          • SSLC/Class 10th final exam mark sheet.
          • I PU/Class 11th final exam mark sheet.
          • II PU/Class 12th mid-term mark sheet.
        3. Aadhar Card no and APAAR ID.
        4. SII ID for NRI/Foreign students
    2. Fill out the Application:
      • The application consists of three sections: Personal details, Family details, and Academic details.
      • Ensure that the name, date of birth and registered mobile number match the details in the SSLC/Class 10th marks card and Aadhar card to avoid discrepancies during verification.
    3. Upload documents:
      • Upload the copies of the aadhar card, SSLC/Class 10 th , 1 PU/Class 11 th final exam and II PU/Class 12 th mid-term mark sheets and a copy of your recent formal passport size photograph. (Selfies are not permitted.)
    4. Application Submission:
      • Save and edit the application any time before final submission.
      • Verify that all the details filled in the application form are accurate and complete before submission as errors may lead to disqualification.
  2. Post Submission of online application:
    • Once the application is submitted, applicants will receive a notification via sms/e-mail with a schedule of their SAU-ET(ST Aloysius University Entrance Test)
    1. Intimation:
      • The SAU-ET will be conducted online for one hour and will consist of 50 multiple- choice questions (MCQs).
      • The SAU-ET will consist of an objective type question paper, including General Knowledge and Aptitude-based questions covering topics previously studied by the students and relevant to the course.
      • Instructions and login details, along with the SAU-ET date and time, will be shared via email/SMS two days in advance.
      • NRI and foreign students must attend the SAU-ET as per the given schedule.
      • The SAU-ET is scheduled to begin from 14 th of February.
      • Applicants are required to log in 10 minutes before the SAU-ET to complete the identification verification process and keep their Aadhaar card ready.
    2. Interview:
      • Following the SAU-ET, applicants will undergo an interview/interaction with the admission committee.
      • Selected candidates will be notified of their interview date and time via SMS or email two days before the scheduled interview. Please be punctual, as rescheduling will be challenging due to the high volume of candidates already scheduled.
      • On the day of interview please bring the following documents :
        1. A signed copy of the online application (duly signed by both the parent and student).
        2. Photocopies of all uploaded mark sheets.
        3. Photocopies of the Aadhar and APAAR card.
      • NRI and foreign students must attend online interview as per the given schedule. Please ensure a stable internet connection and upload all required documents digitally in advance.
      • Registering through the Study in India portal to generate a unique SII ID is recommended for all the NRI and foreign students.
    3. Provisional Admission:
      • Admission will be based on previous academic performance, SAU-ET and interview results.
    4. Fees and Payments Details:
      • The fee structure for various programmes is available on the website under Fee structure.
      • Successful candidates must pay the required fees to secure their seats.
      • Pay the course fee within three days of the interview. Payment can be made online (link will be sent) or at the office counter # 9 or 11 at Administrative block.
      • Failure to pay within the specified time will result in admission cancellation.

Final Admission (Post II PU/+2 Results):

Once the II PU/+2 results are announced and students have received their original marks cards, please ensure the following documents/certificates are submitted to the respective offices to complete the admission process:

Arrupe Block Office:

  • B.Com students: at Counter # 1, 2, & 4.
  • BBA students: at Counter # 3.
  • B.Voc students: at Counter # 6.

Administration Block Office:

  • BA students: at Counter # 1.
  • BCA. students: at Counter # 8
  • B.Sc. students: at Counter # 13.

Required documents to complete Final Admission:

  1. Students who have passed PUC exams within Karnataka:
    • Transfer Certificate (Original)
    • II PUC Marks Card (1 Attested Photocopy)
    • SSLC Marks Card (1 Attested Photocopy)
    • Copy of AADHAR Card
    • Copy of APAAR Card
  2. Students who have passed AISSE (CBSE) or ISC Examination within Karnataka:
    • Transfer Certificate (Original)
    • Migration Certificate (Issued by the Board/University under which the candidate has studied/passed)
    • Class 12 th or equivalent Marks Card (CBSE/ICSE - Original & 1 Attested Photocopy)
    • 10th Marks Card (Original & 1 Attested Photocopy)

  3. Students who have completed courses other than PU Board of Karnataka (e.g., PDE, PDC, HSE, +2, ISC, AISSE, etc.):
