In recent years specialized batches have been introduced integrating professional studies along with B Com, such as CA, ACCA, Business Analytics and Apprenticeship embedded programme. These batches are in the morning shift from 7.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. MOUs with ACCA/ISDC, KVC Academy and Business Intelligence Lab have been signed for the conduct of classes by professionals and experts for these batches. Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) for commerce programs typically outline the career and professional accomplishments that graduates are expected to achieve within a few years after completing their degree. These objectives are designed to guide the curriculum and ensure that graduates are prepared for success in their chosen fields.
Here is a general framework for PEOs for the programs offered by the School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy:
Program Outcomes (POs) for B. Com and M. Com programs articulate the specific knowledge, skills, and attributes that students are expected to acquire by the time they complete their respective degrees. These outcomes help in assessing the effectiveness of the curriculum and ensuring that graduates are prepared for their chosen careers or further academic pursuits.
These outcomes provide a clear framework for curriculum design, teaching strategies, and assessment methods to ensure that B. Com and M. Com graduates acquire the necessary competencies to succeed in their careers and contribute positively to the business community and society at large.
