About

Dr. Mamatha is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Business and Management, St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru. She holds  MCom, NET with JRF, MPhil in Marketing, and a PhD in Retail Marketing from Mangalore University.

With 19 years of teaching experience, Dr. Mamatha has played a pivotal role in shaping the academic journeys of undergraduate students and currently mentors five research scholars. Her expertise extends to retail marketing, business management, and academic research, making her a valuable contributor to the field.

She has presented  research papers at national and international conferences and has published extensively in reputed journals. Her commitment to research is further demonstrated by her successful completion of a UGC-funded minor research project.

Passionate about education and research, Dr. Mamatha continues to inspire students and contribute meaningfully to the academic community through her mentorship, scholarly work, and leadership roles.
