About

I am Namratha, a Commerce academician and researcher with over five years of teaching experience. I hold M.Com degree from Mangalore University, MBA degree from Manipal University Jaipur, and have qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET). Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Commerce.

My academic interests include Finance, Marketing, Auditing, and Human Resource Management. I have actively presented research papers at National and International conferences and have received multiple awards, including Best Paper Awards and prizes in state-level paper presentations, finance events, and debates. My research contributions span areas such as banking, digital finance, customer relationship management, e-banking, advertising, and skill development.

With a passion for teaching, research, and lifelong learning, I strive to contribute meaningfully to academia through innovative research, quality education, and knowledge creation that benefits both society and industry.
