The Department of MBA at St Aloysius College (Deemed to be University), AIMIT, Beeri, organized Rhythms – Echoes of Festivity, a vibrant celebration of music and dance, reflecting the spirit of festivity. The event highlighted the importance of cultural celebrations in academic life. The program commenced with a prayer, seeking blessings from the Almighty, followed by the ceremonial lighting of the lamp. Dr. Rajani Suresh, Dean of the School of Management, formally introduced the event to the gathering.

In his address, Dr. (Fr.) Kiran Cotha SJ, Director of AIMIT, encouraged the students to "look for bigger things" and expressed how events like this nurture key quality such as team spirit, leadership, and management skills. He further emphasized the importance of maintaining professionalism in all endeavors, even in creative and cultural expressions.

The programme involved Dance from the different groups and Music, which enhanced the essesnce of festivity. The programme concluded with the traditional garba dance.

The event was hosted by Ms. Vaishnavi, Ms. Poorvika, Ms. Shaima, and Mr. Thabish. Dr. Sumitha Achar, Associate Professor from the MBA Department, was the faculty coordinator, while students Mr. Joel Pinto and Ms. Adlin served as the student coordinators.
