SOE Faculty Visit AIMIT Campus for Academic and Mentorship Engagement
Faculty members from the School of Engineering (SOE), led by Dr. S. Ruban, Dean- SOE, visited the St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) AIMIT campus on December 12, 2025. The visit included an interaction with Rev. Dr Kiran Cotha, SJ, Director of AIMIT, who shared insights on Jesuit values and the pivotal role of faculty in shaping next-generation leaders. The session concluded with an engaging Q&A. This was followed by an insightful session by Dr Rowena Wright, Associate Professor, Dept of MBA on mentoring Gen Z, where she highlighted twelve key pointers to help faculty better understand and address student challenges. The visit concluded with a guided tour of the AIMIT campus.
