- English Proficiency: Basic proficiency required (training and practice provided)
- Education: 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- Tattoos: No visible tattoos while wearing a uniform (covered tattoos may be allowed as per airline policies).
- Skin: No visible scars, blemishes, or birthmarks on the face, neck, or arms.
- Good dental hygiene and a well-groomed appearance are required.
- Diploma in Airport Management:
- English Proficiency: Basic proficiency required (training and practice provided)
- Education: 12th Pass from a recognized board.
- Tattoos: Preferably no visible tattoos; some roles may allow covered tattoos.
- Professional Appearance: Well-groomed hair, clean and polished look, and formal dressing standards.
- Communication Skills: Clear and confident speaking ability.
- Vision: Normal vision or correctable to 6/6 with contact lenses/spectacles (some airlines prefer no glasses).
- Hearing: Normal hearing ability without major impairments.
