I am an Assistant Professor with nine years of academic experience, specializing in financial and human resource management. I hold a Master’s degree in Commerce from Mangalore University, have qualified JRF in Commerce and KSET, and am currently pursuing my research in Commerce at Mangalore University.
My research interests encompass education, finance, and sustainability, with publications in Scopus-indexed and peer-reviewed journals. In addition to teaching, I have conducted sessions on career planning, leadership development, and examination strategies. As an experienced quizmaster, I actively promote interactive learning methodologies.
Dedicated to fostering an inclusive and intellectually stimulating learning environment, I strive to empower students with the knowledge and competencies necessary for academic and professional excellence.
