About

Dr. Swapna Rose brings extensive experience in both industry and academia, with a specialization in Human Resource Management. A PhD holder and recognized PhD guide, her research delves into leadership and talent management, and she has been awarded a Minor Research Project by UGC and MJES. She also actively mentors students in seed money projects granted by MJES. Her scholarly contributions have earned significant recognition, with her publications indexed in Google Scholar and accumulating notable citations.

She has successfully led multiple consultancy projects for ONGC MRPL employees and has played a pivotal role in advancing entrepreneurship education. Since 2015, she has been spearheading a Certificate Course on Entrepreneurship in collaboration with Santa Clara University, California, while also organizing the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP). Her global exposure through the prestigious Erasmus+ project at Universidad Católica de Valencia, Spain, has further enriched her academic endeavors. Additionally, she has contributed as a resource person for the ATAL Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Entrepreneurship.

A dedicated mentor, she actively cultivates research excellence, communication skills, and career development among students, reinforcing the university’s commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship, and holistic education
