Dr Justine P James is an academician with 15 years of experience in teaching and research. Dr Justine received PHD in Management and Labour Studies from TATA Institute of Social Sciences(TISS), Mumbai.Dr Justine teaches subjects such as Strategic Management, Creativity and Innovation Management, International Business,Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Labour Laws. Dr Justine's areas of interest include, behavioural sciences,Leadership,organisational strategies and innovation.Dr Justine James is a post graduate in Management(MBA), Chemistry and Psychology.
