Department of Psychology

The Department of Psychology, established in the year 2000, has been one of the popular courses of study among undergraduates. The Department offers Psychology at the undergraduate level for both BA and BSc programs, and a Master’s Program in two specialized fields: Corporate Psychology and Clinical Psychology. The Doctoral program is a recent addition to the department's offerings. A challenging and rigorous curriculum provides students with a solid foundation and a deep understanding of psychological constructs, theories, research methods, and practical skills necessary for a successful career in Psychology and its related fields.

Competency-based curriculum, student-engaging pedagogical practices, internationalization and collaboration, research, service learning, volunteering, and alumni engagement are some of the highlights of the department. Students engage in hands-on research projects, internships, collaborative online international learning, service learning, exchange programs, tool development, skills training, peer counseling, and practice labs.
