वर्ष की स्थापना: 1942
लक्ष्य
- हिन्दीतर क्षेत्र के छात्रों में हिन्दी को बढ़ावा देना:
- हिन्दी भाषा की प्रासंगिकता और महत्व को समझाना।
- हिन्दी शिक्षण को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न पहल करना।
- निर्धारित पाठ्यक्रम में सहशिक्षण जैसी शैक्षणिक योजनाओं को एकीकृत करना:
- पाठ्यक्रम में सहशिक्षण और अन्य शैक्षणिक योजनाओं को शामिल करना।
- शैक्षणिक दृष्टिकोण को बेहतर बनाने के लिए इन योजनाओं का उपयोग करना।
- अर्जक रोजगार की सुविधा के लिए छात्रों में कार्यालयी हिन्दी के प्रति बढ़ावा देना:
- छात्रों को कार्यालयी हिन्दी की महत्वता और उपयोगिता के बारे में जानकारी देना।
- रोजगार प्राप्त करने में सहायता के लिए कार्यालयी हिन्दी कौशल विकसित करना।
- सरकारी, गैर-सरकारी विभाग एवं औद्योगिक संस्थाओं के सहयोग से कार्यालयी हिन्दी के महत्व को बढ़ावा देना:
- विभिन्न विभागों और संस्थाओं के सहयोग से कार्यालयी हिन्दी को प्रोत्साहित करना।
- कार्यालयी हिन्दी की उपयोगिता को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में मान्यता दिलाना।
- युवाओं में बहुभाषा एवं बहुसंस्कृति के प्रति रुचि जागृत करना:
- युवाओं को बहुभाषा और बहुसंस्कृति के महत्व को समझाना।
- सांस्कृतिक विविधता और भाषाई समृद्धि को बढ़ावा देना।

Industrial Visit Summary 2024: Trivandrum
The Department of Hindi, St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangalore, organized a three-day study tour to Trivandrum from 16th to 18th December, 2024. As part of the study tour, students visited the Adani port, the Legislative Assembly of Kerala, Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre Thiruvananthapuram, a Unit of Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), and St. Xavier's College Thumba, other places of historical significance.
