I am Binni Chan, MBA in HR and KSET-qualified faculty in the School of Business and Management. Currently pursuing my Ph.D. from Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). My keen interest lies in areas such as rural education, community engagement, gender inclusivity in rural education, organisation citizenship behaviour, Management Studies, Organisational Behaviour, Logistics, contemporary banking, and so on. I am also interested in resourcing myself for the soft skill development of students.
