Merlin Flavy Dsouza is a passionate and dedicated academician currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru. With a strong academic foundation and a flair for literature and language studies, she strives to inspire and engage young minds in the world of English language and literature. Having qualified the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET), Merlin has proven her academic merit and subject expertise. She aims to cultivate critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills among students. She wants make use of her education and skills in developing a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students are encouraged to think critically, understand concepts- simple and complex and evaluate them.
