The Office of Dean, Student Welfare functions as a centre to promote cooperation and harmony among students in the campus. Student Activity Cell monitored by the Dean, Student Welfare is actively involved in coordinating activities for the welfare of students.
The Student Activity Cell headed by the Dean of Student Welfare and a team of staff members from different streams constantly guided and directed by the Principal of the College aims at shaping students into social assets and making them complete citizens. This Office also coordinates different programmes for students like cultural, health awareness, literary activities, Yoga and meditation etc.
The Office of Dean, Student Welfare gives special care for the weaker and needy sections of the students. It helps in identifying the cultural talents of the students and provides platforms to nurture their talents by organizing cultural activities like Kalotsava and College Fests. This Office also monitors students’ participation in cultural activities at intercollegiate, state and national level competitions.
The College also helps and encourages all its students to take part in the extracurricular activities within the college and outside the college.

Any violation of the above conditions will attract withdrawal of the facility from the student concerned. The College Canteen has made special provisions for serving midday meals. Students are expected to maintain discipline, cleanliness enforced by the College authorities.
