“Risk management practices and Business performance of women led Micro Enterprises towards sustainable growth: A study in Mangalore Urban area”.  The Paper is presented at a three-day international conference hosted by the School of Arts and Humanities, St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), Mangaluru, on the theme “Sustainable Development Goals: Confluence of Local, National, and Global Actions,” taking place on January 15th, 16th, and 17th, 2025.

  Participated in Samprathi – 2024, one-day National seminar on “Environmental Justice in India: Issues, Challenges and prospects” and presented a paper on the topic “RETHINKING ENVIRONMENTAL DISCOURSES in ACADEMIA-A NEED FOR INCLUSION OF CASTE”. On 6^th February 2024.

1.       Participated in the  Faculty Development Program on "Global Business Foundation Skills" a Corporate Social Responsibility initiative, conducted by Infosys BPM Ltd. at Mangalorefrom 18th November to 26th November 2025
2.      Participated in One week National Level online Faculty development program on Outcome Based Education and Application of Generative AI in Teaching and Research, organized by St. Mary’s College (Autonomous), Thrissur, Kerala in association with the Collegiate Education Department, Government of Kerala from 17 October 2024 to 24 October 2024 and has successfully completed all the assessments.
3.  Participated and presented paper on RISK MANAGEMENT PRACTICES AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE OF WOMEN LED MICRO ENTERPRISES TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE GROWTH: A STUDY IN MANGALORE URBAN AREA in the ICSSR sponsored three-day international conference on Sustainable development goals: confluence of local, national and global actions held on 15, 16, 17 January 2025.

4. ·     Completed the NEP 2020 Orientation & Sensitization Programme under Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Programme (MM-TTP) of University Grants Commission (UGC) organized by UGC- MMTTC, Goa University from 15.04.2025 to 25.04.2025.
