As an Assistant Professor at St. Aloysius Deemed to be University, she is responsible for conducting lectures, designing curriculum, and mentoring students in their academic and personal growth. As the President of the Konkani Sangha, she leads cultural initiatives, organizes events, and promotes the Konkani language and heritage within the university. Additionally, in her role as a Class Guide and Mentor, she provides academic support, career guidance, and holistic mentorship to students, ensuring their overall well-being and development. She is also actively involved in various administrative and co-curricular activities, contributing to student engagement, university programs, and interdisciplinary collaborations.

She is particularly interested in eco-feminism, neocolonialism, and posthumanism, examining literature’s engagement with technology, environmental concerns, and gender constructs. Additionally, she contributes to media studies, analyzing representations of superstitions, femininity, and digital consciousness in popular culture.
