• Offering regular mentoring sessions to guide students in their academic and professional development. 
• Creating a Google classroom for the course taught to encourage peer learning and collaboration.
• Organizing support for summer internships to connect students with potential employers.
• Providing support to students facing emotional, psychological, or personal challenges through one-to-one interaction.
• Assisting students in accessing academic resources and making the best use of them for academic purposes.
• Organizing activities within courses to help students to develop leadership and teamwork skills.
• Providing technical support to address issues related to online learning platforms, software, and other technological tools essential for their studies.
• Offering guidance on academic skills such as research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data interpretation to enhance student's proficiency in research work.
• Supervising research projects by guiding students in selecting, designing, and executing research projects.
• Encouraging collaborative research opportunities by supporting students in presenting research papers at conferences or academic forums.
• Assisting students in Gavel club activities to improve their communication and public speaking skills.
• Accompanying students with Service-learning projects to provide real-world experience and community engagement.

DETAILS

My research interests lie at the intersection of diverse fields, reflecting my passion for interdisciplinary approaches to complex issues. My research interests focused on the areas of microfinance, financial literacy, and digital literacy, exploring how these can empower marginalized communities and foster sustainable development. A core aspect of my work also includes understanding and promoting work-life balance, recognizing its critical role in improving well-being and productivity. In addition, Currently engaged in areas of conflict management and women’s empowerment, aiming to contribute to a more equitable and harmonious society. The rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence also captures my attention, especially in its potential to reshape industries and society. Through my research, I seek to integrate these themes to build more resilient, informed, and empowered communities in a digital age.
