The progress of a student’s growth is not only through physical or intellectual but also spiritual and skill-based growth. Two-day programs called “Spoorthi” - a faith formation for Catholic students and “Pragathi” - a skill development workshop for non-Catholic students, were held in the month of July.
As part of Development of Life skills, Yoga and Meditation sessions have been organised throughout the year in association with Delampady Yoga Prathistana. A 3-month Yoga certificate course was organized by Student Activity Cell of the college under the guidance of Sri Gopalkrishna Delampady in 2019. Various talks and seminars have been held on the issues such as Health, Hygiene and Wellness by Medical Professionals from Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Mangaluru and Father Muller’s Medical College, Mangaluru. In addition, Gym facilities are provided to the students trained by professional trainers.
